1. Acceptance of terms
By using any Supernova JSC product ("Supernova", "we"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our products.
2. License
Supernova grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Intellectual property
The source code, designs, images, audio, brand names and other assets in our apps are the exclusive property of Supernova or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute them without written consent.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse engineering, cracking or exploiting security vulnerabilities in our apps.
- Using our apps for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of third parties.
- Injecting malicious code, unwanted advertising or overloading our systems.
- Copying, reselling or renting out all or part of our apps.
5. Advertising and in-app purchases
Some apps display advertising or offer paid upgrades (IAP). Payments are processed by Google Play / the App Store under their own policies. Supernova does not directly store card or payment account details.
6. Updates and discontinuation
We may update, suspend or discontinue any feature without prior notice. Some updates may be mandatory to ensure security and compatibility.
7. Disclaimer
Our apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Supernova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access if we detect a violation of these terms. You may stop using our products at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Hanoi, unless your local law provides otherwise.
